While the 2016 Ford GT350/GT350R Mustang is yet to go on sale but JC Design, a Mustang fan and member of Mustang6g forums could not stop thinking about how the GT500 Mustang would turn out to be like.

The GT500 model of the sixth-generation Mustang has not been unveiled yet, and for now, the GT350/GT350R is the top the range Mustang. Reports have come-up recently that the company is working on it to be introduced as a 2017 model, and is testing the vehicle on public roads.

The rendering of the 2017 GT500 Mustang is based on the 2016 GT350R Mustang, and gets some inspiration from the design and styling of the 2016 Ford GT supercar. The inspiration drawn from the iconic GT is reflected in the dual air vents on the hood, alloy wheel design, sideview mirrors, door panels, side vents and so on. Other noteworthy changes include redesigned headlights, LED foglights and vertical air inlets and racing stripes. There’s also a Shelby logo below the GT500 fender badge.

Ford could eventually showcase a GT500 model of the sixth-generation Mustang in 2016 before introducing it in the market place the following year.
