Acura has revealed details of the NSX at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering. Two new models of the NSX were showcased for the first time with the company displaying a total of three NSX models. Since the NSX is the first built-to-order vehicle for Acura, it will incorporate an extensive list of factory installed options.
A ‘Valentia Red Pearl’ NSX sporting a ‘Red’ interior was displayed at the event. The car features black brake callipers with ceramic rotors and NSX Signature Y-spoke wheels. It also gets body coloured rear decklid. The interiors feature leather and alcantara sports seats and a black alcantara headliner. An ELS Studio technology package will also be offered with a 9-speaker ELS Studio Premium Audio system with Acura Navigation, SiriusXM radio and AcuraLink along with front and rear parking sensors.
A ‘Nouvelle Blue Pearl’ NSX was displayed featuring ‘Orchid’ interior colour scheme. It sports a Carbon exterior package consisting of carbon-fibre front spoiler, side sills, rear diffuser and exhaust finisher. It also gets a carbon-fibre engine cover along with a carbon roof. The Blue Pearl NSX gets silver brake callipers with ceramic rotors and NSX exclusive Interwoven Wheels.
The interiors of the Blue Pearl NSX gets the Interior Carbon Sports package consisting of carbon-fibre meter visor, steering garnish, aluminium foot rest and sport pedals. The seats are power adjustable and feature leather and alcantara. The audio system will be identical to the one offered in the Valentia Red NSX.
A Berlina Black NSX with ‘Saddle’ interior colour completes the line-up that Acura displayed at the event. It features the Carbon Exterior Package and Interior Carbon Sports package along with the infotainment system seen on the Nouvelle Blue NSX. The only differentiation being the black brake callipers with ceramic rotors and NSX Signature Y-spoke wheels offered on the Valentia Red NSX.
