Aston Martin has introduced a new special edition of the DB9 GT in celebration of over 50 years of Aston Martin and James Bond. Dubbed as the DB9 GT Bond edition, the special edition will feature styling tweaks and an exclusive silver paint scheme named after the upcoming James Bond movie Spectre.
The DB9 GT Bond edition is available for order now, but only 150 units will be built. It features added levels of exclusivity with the addition of sterling silver Aston Martin logos in the front and rear along with ‘007 Bond Edition’ exterior badging.
Other noteworthy exterior styling includes bright aluminium bonnet vents, carbon-fibre front splitter and rear diffuser, grey brake callipers along with unique ten-spoke gloss black diamond turned 20-inch alloy wheels.
The interiors boast of a luxurious feel while including subtle unique numbered sill plaques with the 007 logo, gun barrel embroidery on the rear seat divider along with the AMi II – Aston Martin touchscreen infotainment system with a unique start-up screen. The interior ambiance is further enhanced by the use of unique fluted leather for the seats, Alcantara steering wheel and centre console surround in a satin carbon-fibre finish.
Additionally, the owners of the exclusive Bond edition will also be presented with a Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra 150m James Bond Limited Edition watch along with a Globe-Trotter trolley case with a leather luggage tag, for a feeling of exclusivity.
