Renault has launched a special edition Megane named the the Megane CC Floride in Australia. The Megane Coupe-Cabriolet is the top of the line model, limited to just 33 units. The special edition Megane has a Diamond Black metallic body paint, and contrasting ivory paint on the windscreen surround, mirror caps and cabin liner. The Coupe-Cabriolet also features ‘Floride’ badging and exclusive 17-inch black painted alloy wheels.
Inside the car, there’s a two-tone black and ivory leather-wrapping on the steering wheel, black leather seats with ivory edges, and ivory-coloured dashboard strip, trum highlights, and door grabs. Dark charcoal leather upholstery with ivory pipping further sets apart the limited-edition model’s interior.
Coming to the advanced features, the CC Floride is equipped with standard dual-zone climate control, heated front seats, auto headlamps and wipers, rear parking sensors, a 7″ touchscreen with Sat Nav, system, and a four speaker/four tweeter Radio Auditorium Sound system by Arkamys.
The car is powered by a 2.0-liter petrol engine that produces 103 kW (138 hp) and 195 Nm of torque. The engine is paired to an automatic continuously variable transmission (CVT). The Euro 5 compliant engine consumes 8.1 L/100 km (combined cycle) and has a CO2 emission rating of 187 g/km. The Megane CC Floride is priced at AUS $45,990 (excluding on-road costs).
