Buick has launched the 2016 LaCrosse, Regal and Verano Sport Touring (ST) models in Canada. These sedans join the Encore compact crossover in the company’s ST line up. All the four cars will go on sale in fall this year.
The ST models get 18-inch wheels with black pockets, a rear spoiler, 6-speed manual gearbox and a stiffer suspension.
The LaCrosse and Regal ST models get Buick IntelliLink infotainment system with Apple CarPlay capability, OnStar 4G LTE connectivity with Wi-Fi hotspot, heated front seats and leather-trimmed front and rear seats. Meanwhile, the Verano ST gets dual-zone climate control, eight-way-adjustable power driver’s seat, heated front seats, the Buick IntelliLink system and OnStar 4G LTE connectivity with Wi-Fi hotspot.
Talking about the engine specification, the Verano ST gets a 2.4-liter naturally aspirated four-cylinder engine generating 180 hp and 232 Nm of torque. The Regal ST is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that can produce 259 hp and 400 Nm of torque, while the and the LaCrosse ST sports a 3.6-litre naturally aspirated V6 delivering 304-hp and 358 Nm of torque.
