Volkswagen has just introduced the latest generation Passat in China and they’ve already finished development on its little sister, dubbed Lavida (means Life in Spanish), for a launch in mid-2012. The Shanghai-Volkswagen joint venture is behind the new Lavida that will replace its predecessor introduced back in 2008.
