Volkswagen has delivered the first eighth-generation Passat to a customer in Wolfsburg, Germany. The car delivered was a Passat Variant (estate) in Tungsten Silver Metallic exterior colour. Fransesco Forte, Director, sales and Customer Management Autostadt GmbH, handed the key to the first customer.
The Passat Variant was of Comfort Line trim, powered by a 2.0-litre TDI engine with BlueMotion technology, and equipped with a leather-wrapped steering wheel, aluminum trim and many other standard features.
