Infiniti has revealed the new QX70 Ultimate ahead of its premiere at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show (2015 IAA) tomorrow. With the introduction of the QX70 Ultimate the company aims to ‘distil’ the performance and design the QX70 is famous for into a new dynamic package.
The new QX70 Ultimate sports changes to the front fascia with the incorporation of a new front splitter along with the use of dark chrome trim at the front and rear. The rear diffuser features an updated design and now houses a integrated fog light and dual chrome exhaust tips. Its presence is further accentuated by the new daytime running lamps and new 21-inch anthracite finish alloy wheels.
The interiors feature the use of premium materials with the seats being upholstered in soft leather. The cabin features contrast stitching in purple and black lacquer finish trim inserts. The cabin builds on the space on offer and aims to transport occupants “in utmost comfort.”
The QX70 Ultimate is offered with a choice of two engines – a 3.7-litre V6 petrol engine or a 3.0-litre V6 diesel. Both engines will be mated to a 7-speed adaptive shift automatic transmission with paddle shifters. The QX70 Ultimate will also feature an ‘intelligent’ torque-sensing all-wheel drive system as part of standard fitment.
Francois Goupil de Bouille, Vice President of Infiniti Europe said that the QX70 has long struck a chord with customers seeking something exceptional. He went on to add that the Infiniti QX70 Ultimate has been designed to respond to the most exclusive needs and desires of buyers.
The Infiniti QX70 will make its debut at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show and has been priced from £52,430 OTR for the V6 petrol and £52,280 OTR for the V6 diesel in the UK.
