German tuner Wimmer has launched upgrade packages for the Austrian KTM X-BOW GT, R and RR.
The X-BOW GT has received engine upgrades in the form of a modified turbocharger, optimized high compression pump, special exhaust that improves the 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine’s output from 285 hp and 420 Nm to 485 hp and 520 Nm. This takes the vehicle from 0-96 km/h in under 4 seconds to reach a maximum speed of 257.5 kph.
The X-BOW GT is priced at €130,000 and has a carbon rear wing with adjustable flaps and mild chassis modifications.
The X-BOW R has its power boosted from 300 hp and 400 Nm to 455 hp and 500 Nm. The €120,000 machine can reach a top speed of 248 kph and gives the buyer an optional reinforced gearbox with sports clutch, higher spec differential and chassis modifications.
Finally the circuit-only X-BOW RR has its output raised from 360 hp to 370 hp and gets mechanical changes which has increased the price to €110,000.
