The Italian publication Quattroruote has present 2 images of a sub compact hatch from VW which could be the possible replacement of the VW Fox.
The hatch based on the VW Up! concept, in being prepared for the next Frankfurt Motor Show. The new model should begin shipping by the end of 2011 in Europe.
VW is also planning a four door sedan and even minivan on the same platform. There are also talks on an EV on the same platform with a range of 130 km in 2013.
Autocar reported that Volkswagen will carry the Lupo banner on the hatchback model which is expected to sit under the Polo in its portfolio.
