In addition to the change of prices and model year changes that were announced in mid-June, Mercedes-Benz USA revealed the pricing of its 2016 models including the GLC, G-Class, C 450 AMG 4MATIC along with the GLE Coupe, earlier this month.
The all new GLC 300 and the GLC 300 4MATIC will be available in dealerships in November 2015 featuring a base MSRP of $38,950 for the 2WD variant while the 4MATIC variant will be priced from $40,950.
The GLE Coupe is stated to arrive in August and will be offered in two AMG versions, the GLE450 AMG and the GLE63 S respectively. The GLE450 AMG will be priced at $65,100 and the 5.5 litre V8 GLE63 S will feature a price tag of $109,300.
The updated G Class family will also be made available in November with the SUV featuring new bumpers, beefier wheel arches and sporting larger 19-inch wheels. The G 550 is priced at $119,900 along with the more powerful G65 AMG variant priced at $217,900.
The Mercedes-Benz AMG Sport models that have been designed specifically to widen the range and be more accessible to customers, will feature the introduction of the new C450 AMG sedan which will employ a 3.0 litre bi-turbo V6 engine that will be up rated by AMG to produce 362 hp. The C450 AMG will be made available in September priced at $50,000.
Mercedes-Benz also announced that the updated 2016 Mercedes CLA along with a ‘Limited Orange’ edition of which 750 units to be produced. The 2016 CLA will feature new technologies like ‘DYNAMIC SELECT’ along with a new Night Package and Selective Damping System.
