The fourth-generation Lexus RX will debut at 2015 New York Auto Show on April 1. The redesigned RX is likely to get more sleeker and attain a lower roofline; and get new, sleeker and sharper headlamps, squarish wheel arches with plastic cladding, a redesigned rear quarter glass, new headlamps and new exhaust pipes.
As per a report by Carinfoj, the new-generation crossover will be 4,880 mm long (30 mm longer), 1,890 mm wide (5 mm wider), 1,700 mm tall (25 mm shorter), and have a 2,800 mm (60 mm longer) wheelbase. The engine options will also include a 2.0-litre twin-scroll turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine borrowed from the 2015 NX, which produces 235 hp and 350 Nm of torque. According to the report, this engine will be paired to a 6-speed automatic transmission.
