Porsche is said to be working on a new SUV which is smaller than the Cayenne. This new model will slot in below the Cayenne in Porsche’s lineup and will be the sixth model in the Porsche family.
The new baby Cayenne will be based on the Audi Q5′s MLB/MLP platform and will take on rivals such as the BMW X3 and the Mercedes-Benz GLK. The details regarding the technical specifications of the car are not available as of now, but the management at Porsche has reportedly given the car the go ahead and so it should hit showrooms in the coming years.
