The next gen Toyota Yaris is expected to be more powerful with same dimensions

The Toyota Yaris will go in for a complete model change in 2010 in Japan and by the beginning of next year, it will reach markets like China and North America.

Though this is termed as full model change, the vehicle retains almost the same dimensions. One gets to choose from four engine options which are

new 3 cylinder 1.0 liter block 1KR, front wheel drive, will mate with CVT fuel consumption 23KM/L

block 1NR 4cylineder 1.3 liter with AWD will consume 19km/lite the 2 wheel drive for

block 1NR will mate with CVT 26KM/L

2NR 4 cylinder 1.5 liter offer with 5 MT (19KM/L) and CVT (21KM/L)
