The Chevrolet Cruze has been a hot seller in many markets worldwide. The sharp and edgy styling, sporty interiors and brilliant ride and handling has made the Cruze a hot favorite in many countries.
The Chevrolet Cruze hatchback is being developed and would hit showrooms by the middle of 2011. But the whole of Europe is crazy about station-wagons and is constantly appealing General Motors to launch a Chevrolet Cruze Estate (rendered above).
Americans who really don’t appreciate the practicality offered by station-wagons don’t really need an estate version of the Chevrolet Cruze, but Europe does. Every car maker offers a station-wagon version of every sedan it sells in Europe.
The Chevrolet Cruze hatchback that would come in mid 2011 would do well in both Europe and the Americas and would compete with the 2011 Ford Focus hatchback.
The Chevrolet Cruze station-wagon is said to be on the drawing boards already and is expected to be launched in Europe by the second half of 2011. Chevrolet Cruze station-wagon could also be introduced in the USA to compete against the 2011 Ford Focus station-wagon which is highly likely to be sold in America.
