The 2012 Mercedes Benz SLK has been has been spotted at numerous locations in a disguised form. But spy pictures show what the car would look like.
Mexican transportation designer Victor Uribe has presented a few sketches of the what he believes the 2012 Mercedes Benz SLK should look like. Mercedes Benz should take a leaf out of Victor’s book, for his design is very much sticking to the Mercedes Benz tradition and lines.
Victor’s SLK concept gets a boxy looking front with a long hood, a new set of headlights & a grille that looks similar to the SLS AMG Gullwing. The car also gets re designed tail lamps & a more rounded looking rear section.
The side sills appear to be larger and the side profile indicates a lower waistline.
The new SLK would look nothing like Victor Uribe’s design. The 2012 SLK would look rather aggressive along with futuristic touches here & there, but it won’t come close to the Argentinian’s representation, which we hope translates into a real-world car someday.
