Treadway motorized shoes – the new alternative to walking!

Treadway motorized shoes

These motorized shoes which look more like a flashy pair of roller skates is the brainchild of Peter Treadway. The Treadway motorized shoe is a easy solution for distances that are too long to walk and too short to drive.

These shoes come with an electric motor which drives the wheels on the shoes and the motor is controlled by a hand held remote. The Treadway motorized shoes are capable of cruising at 10 mph.

The best feature of the Treadway motorized shoe is that it can be retracted easily so that the wearer can walk, run ride a cycle, a bike and even drive a car.

Peter Treadway has entered them in the James Dyson awards and if his design wins the Treadway motorized shoes could soon be produced commercially.
