UK: TomTom offering new speed camera app for Android phones

TomTom (TOM2) has introduced new speed camera app for Android smartphones for UK. The dedicated speed camera app gives accurate and timely alerts to avoid fines and drive stress-free. The app gives alerts from TomTom’s extensive coverage of more than 3.4 million fixed speed cameras.

The app is now available on the Google Play Store. Once the app is downloaded, the driver will get an update every minute about the upcoming speed cameras on the way. The app can be downloaded for a free for a three-month trial after which, subscriptions can be purchased for either £1.99 per month or £15.49 per year.

The app offers alerts based on TomTom’s extensive coverage of fixed speed cameras. App users will automatically get camera reports shared by more than 3.4 million TomTom drivers, and will also receive an update every minute, with upcoming mobile speed cameras based on the latest information from TomTom.

Drivers can download the app from the Google Play Store for a free three-month trial. After the trial period, subscriptions can be purchased for ₤1.99 per month or ₤15.49 per year.
