Infiniti has announced the pricing details of the 2016 Infiniti QX50 for the U.S. market. Its rear wheel drive version has been priced from $34,450, while the all-wheel drive version has been priced from US$35,850. The 2016 QX50 will go on sale this month itself. The new model is powered by a 325 hp 3.7-liter V6 engine that comes mated to a 7-speed automatic transmission.
The exterior of the 2016 Infiniti QX50 features a sculpted design similar to the other recently launched Infiniti models. It sits on new 19-inch alloy wheels and features a 0.8-inch increase in ride height for an imposing stance. A new Hagane Blue color has been added to the list of body paint options.
The length has been increased by 4.5 inches, while wheelbase has been elongated by 3.2 inches. This has resulted in 8.3 cu. ft. of additional cabin space, 4.3 inches increase in legroom and 3.9-inches increase in knee room.
The 2016 QX50 adds more than US$1,700 worth of standard equipment and features, including a moonroof, heated seats, leather upholstery, Sirius XM satellite radio, Bluetooth connectivity, rear view monitor and Intelligent Key with push button start. The Premium Package includes an advanced Climate Control System, Maple interior accents, an 11-speaker Bose Premium Audio System and aluminium roof rails. A new Premium Plus Package is added to the list of optional packages.
The 2016 QX50 driver assistance features include, Adaptive front Lighting System (AFS), Blind Spot Warning (BSW) system, Intelligent Cruise Control, Intelligent Brake Assist (IBA), Distance Control Assist (DCA), Lane Departure Prevention system (LDP), Forward Collision Warning and Around View Monitor with Front and Rear Sonar System.
